   Map data paths, permissions, integrations, and telemetry. Medical builds add protocol constraints around PHI.

3. Step 03

   Build

   Ship bespoke AI workers, full-stack product, revenue or care-ops workflows — production-ready, not demo theater.

4. Step 04

   Instrument

   Turn on telemetry so operators see signal: conversion, delivery, cycle time, exceptions.
