- Count unbooked evals weekly. That is the leak — not ad spend.
- Overlay the EHR you already run. Do not rip Athena / Epic / Kareo.
- Keep PHI off public forms. Minimum necessary. Authorized staff own clinical questions.
- HIPAA-compliant architecture only after safeguards and BAAs are actually configured — never “HIPAA certified.”
